A 150 unit mixed use apartment community developed under the Florida Live Local Act.  Oakland Crossing will offer studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments as well as a medical spa and office space.  Forty percent of the units will be reserved for tenants earning between 80 and 120% of the area median income.  Amenities will include a swimming pool, gym pickleball courts and a dog park.
